Please allow 3-7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship.

How long is the delivery time?

Our orders will be shipped depending on which delivery center the product comes from.
Average transit times to the US: 5 – 20 business days
Average transit times to international: 17 – 45 business days
Certain circumstances are beyond control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause delayed deliveries. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has shipped. Each product can be shipped from different delivery centers worldwide because our product research team spends time sourcing quality products at affordable prices.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it to apply the cancellation. If the item has already been shipped, please email tosun.mihani@hotmail.com or contact us via our contact page. All you have to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
